I do find it weird that the so-called "progressive" stance on MUP is perversely more market-fundamentalist even than the IEA, somehow, embracing the logic of prices and consumption even in one of the very few circumstances (chemical addiction) where it doesn't apply.

So we can now look forward to the repeal of minimum pricing in Scotland? No, thought not.
